Your payroll file

The calculator runs in your browser. The file you choose and everything read from it are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not kept: closing or reloading the page clears them. We never receive your payroll data, so you stay the only controller of it, and no data processing agreement with us is needed for it. There are no accounts, and the calculator sets no cookie.

The page's security policy allows its own script and Cloudflare's visit count, and blocks connections to anywhere else.

If you write to us

The feedback form is hosted on our CBAM Exporter Pack site and sends your message, and your email address if you give one, to our mailbox. We use the address only to reply and never for marketing. We delete these messages after 12 months. Please do not send payroll data.

Voluntary contributions

The "buy us a coffee" link opens a page run by Buy Me a Coffee. If you contribute, it processes that under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details it gives creators, such as your name, message and email address.

Web hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the site. It processes your IP address and technical data of each request to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies or cross-site tracking; it receives the page address and load times, never your file. Cloudflare may process this data outside your country.

Your rights

You may ask for a summary of any personal data of yours we process, and for its correction or erasure. As we store no data that identifies you beyond messages you send us, there is normally nothing to return. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for that data; where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the rights they give and may complain to your supervisory authority. Write to contact@vedacta.com; we answer within 30 days.
