A calculator, not advice

The calculator works out figures from the file you give it, by the method shown beside them. It rests on what you enter: hours, categories, full-pay status and pay amounts are yours to get right. It does not say that you comply with any law, and it does not file anything. The published law governs. Nothing here is legal, tax or employment advice. Check the figures before you publish or send them.

Liability

The calculator is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on its results or for indirect loss. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Use of the site

You may use the calculator freely and link to the pages. Use only payroll data you are entitled to use. Do not disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.

Law and contact
